Our bathtub wasn't draining and we had a plumbing company come out and inspect it. They charged $165 and said that we'd need to replace all the piping for over $1,500. We then called EJ Plumbing and Manny came out to inspect it. He sent Luis over the next day, who then fixed it in under an hour for $120 without needing to replace any piping. EJ Plumbing provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Our water heater went out and I called because it was still under warranty. Manny immediately got my info to pass along to the manufacturer. I was surprised when he called a little later to let me know he was coming over. He arrived, fixed the pilot and told me he came because he was afraid the manufacturer wouldn't come on a Friday afternoon and he heard my three YOUNG children in the background. You just don't get service like this anymore! Can't say enough about how professional and yet sympathetic he was to a helpless mom drowning in cold water.  Kristen - Palo Alto, CA

  • I did a copper repipe for our house. Danny took the time for all my questions and answered them in a way that I could understand them. They did a very good job and worked very clean. On the day of the repiping I asked him to fix some other small things like capping the gas pipe in the laundry room. He fixed it and didn't charge any extra. I feel like I got a very good price for high quality work. I can highly recommend him and his team.

  • Just had the EJ team to my house. heck no one calls a plumber until issues arise. This time water back up in bath tub yikes. Well a couple of issues but a fair price fixed within 3 hours of my call. Thanks Manny, Luis and Lewis. I will continue to use and refer them
